We stay overnight in the famous outback town of Birdsville and you can check out the Pub!

Next day we depart Birdsville for Innamincka via Goyder’s lagoon and Coongie Lakes, an unforgettable visual experience.

After the Coongie Lakes we land at The Dig Tree on Nappa Merrie Station, the iconic memorial to Burke and Wills’ ill-fated trip across our vast dry continent. Contemplate their journey and desperation as you visit this famous Australian memorial tree on the banks of The Cooper Creek (actually just on the Queensland side). After a quick cuppa and a biscuit there, follow The Cooper Creek into Innamincka for a lunch stop at the pub.

After lunch at the pub in Innamincka we then depart for Hawker where our flight path takes us out over remote desert and then the full length or the rugged and magnificent Northern Flinders Ranges before ending the trip by overflying the iconic Wilpena Pound prior to descending to Hawker.

$1800 per person(minimum 4 people)
